This guide is a cumulation of my research, collaborations and findings.

Over the past 9 years, I've scanned over 5,000 people with the Oligoscan. I've correlated test reports with what people have told me & their symptoms to uncover the root cause of imbalance or "dis" "ease". 99% of people that I test in America have at least one mineral deficiency and this isn't a shock: when you grow food in mineral deprived soil, increase overall stress (society), and deprive your skin of natural sunlight, there will be deficiency, period. To understand our symptoms and our health, we must take full accountability and go back in time and assess our life. Mineral deficiencies and toxicities don't happen overnight. We must also understand the relationships between Elements (Synergists & Antagonists). The Elements aren't the entire story, but they certainly give us clues into the different systems of the body and help us focus on target areas.

From my experience & in my opinion, the Oligoscan is right on the money ~80% of the time. The other 20%, the metals either aren't in the peripheral tissue (jab injury/autism, metals in brain/organs) or it's not a metal (that we test) or likely a chemical. Oligoscan is looking at the peripheral tissue. Blood is different than hair is different than urine is different than Oligoscan. One is not better than the other, they are simply measuring different vectors of the body. What is in circulation (blood), what is being excreted via the hair/urine or what has accumulated in the tissue.
